The security opportunities and threats of cyberspace have increased the need for the intervention of Shia jurisprudence in this field. In this article, it aims to analyze the jurisprudence of the issue and evaluate its jurisprudential evidence, and finally to strengthen the theory of the necessity of government intervention in cyberspace.
Some people still doubt whether the Islamic government can intervene in the cyberspace, which makes it necessary to ask the question whether, from the point of view of Islamic jurisprudence, the Islamic government has the right to intervene in the cyberspace? Considering the necessity of security in the governments, which the Islamic government is not exempt from, the hypothesis of the research relies on the principles and rules of jurisprudence and the application of evidence, including: The rule of negation of the mustache, the need to establish the government, the evidence of the necessity of commanding the good and forbidding the bad, etc., considers the intervention of the Islamic government in cyberspace essential. Based on the mentioned jurisprudence rules and evidence, it allows the intervention of the Islamic ruler in cyberspace to take extensive measures such as legislative measures and establishing special laws, imposing restrictions on some ridiculous and misleading websites, etc .And this intervention, positively and negatively,To prove this hypothesis, descriptive-analytical method has been used in this article.
