This article examines the concept of influence in the science of contemporary international relations and its relation to the concepts of power and domination and explores the concept of infiltration in the view of Shiite jurists in the three rounds of pre-constitutional, constitutional and Islamic revolution. In this study, the method of ijtihad research, which is close to Schleiermacher's hermeneutics, was used to study the legal texts. By examining the works of Sheikh Tusi and Mohagheq Hali, two prominent jurists of the pre-constitutional period, it was found that in this period, the term of influence was also a rule rejected by the scholars and, besides dealing with the dominant influence of society in the form of political jurisprudence, was another debate. There has been no influence in the international system. But during the constitutional period, by examining the legal works of the mullahs of Khorasani and Allameh Nai, it was revealed that the word of influence in relation to the international system was clearly used by the jurists and that he warned of the influence through official diplomacy and attacked the Muslims and the enemy. They have been alert to Iran and Libya and have repeatedly declared danger. But the scholars of the Islamic Revolution, and in particular Imam Khomeini (R) and Imam Khamenei, have been most eloquent on the term influence and have warned of the three types of influence through formal diplomacy, informal diplomacy and public diplomacy, and political, economic, They have described the military and the cultural, and because of the specific conditions of the time and the jurisprudence of state affairs more than any jurisprudential period have discussed the influence of the international system. It can be clearly stated that the jurisprudence of government affairs has been directly related to the elaboration of jurists' arguments about the term influence in the international system.
