Computer games are a very popular and attractive media tool for children and adolescents. The state-of-the-art technology of Western computer game production cartels is one of their relative advantages over underdeveloped or developing governments. The gaming industry, in addition to its large commercial and economic interests, is an important transitional tool in the cultural and social realm that, by representing the myths, history, characters, aspirations, and even futuristic strategies of their respective governments, addresses the general public's target audience, and underpins the security structure of society.
