The issue of security is one of the things that its importance and function on the borders of the countries is undeniable. The emergence of territorial and border disputes between countries can jeopardize the security of the borders between them and even the international order and security of the international community, and this role will become more pronounced when this conflict results in armed conflict. In the meantime, resolving territorial and border disputes between states can help maintain, restore and guarantee order and security at the borders and in the international community. In this study we seek to explain the role of the Tribunal in resolving territorial and border disputes between states in the way of preservation, restoration and reconciliation with the International Court of Justice, which has led to an armed conflict between the parties. Ensure border security. This research is fundamental in purpose and methodological in nature. The present study has been conducted using library resources, the Internet, articles, Latin and Farsi studies, and the study of cases by the International Court of Justice in the field of territorial and border disputes between countries. The method of gathering information was through cross-examination by reviewing the files of the International Court of Justice. Whatever the source of the disagreement, the occurrence of territorial and border disputes between countries, especially if it results in armed conflict, disrupts and negatively affects the order and security of the borders. The International Court of Justice deals with the settlement of territorial and border disputes between States, with the available legal remedies and the exercise of its powers. In this direction, the Divine Hierarchy: 1. The principle of respect and stability of border treaties; 2. The principle of legal separation; 3. The principle of effective domination; Takes steps to ensure the stability of borders. The principle of stability is the cornerstone of the contemporary system of international law, and borders need security as a starting point for relations between the states that are the main constituents of this system. The International Court of Justice, as an impartial, independent and efficient judicial authority, uses all available means of resolving territorial and border disputes (as a threat to border security). By focusing on the principle of stability, the Court is taking steps to ensure the security of borders and the international community as a whole.
