Abstract

Influence in mutual communication has been considered as one of the means of gaining, maintaining and increasing power, and with the change in the nature and function of power, we witness the change in its nature and function. A concept that throughout history, we witness the transformation and evolution of its nature and function, in the form of bases and components in different and alternating ways. In this article, an attempt has been made to identify the relationship between power and influence and proportionally evaluate different aspects of influence and provide a comprehensive and efficient theoretical basis from an information point of view with a descriptive-analytical method and using library and documentary sources. to be The question of this research is, what are the bases and theoretical formulation of influence from an intelligent point of view?
As a result, in this research, the foundations and theoretical formulation of influence is such that throughout history, influence has evolved in three traditional, modern and far-modern schools, according to the relationship with power and the change of its nature and function, and has hard, soft and It is intelligent and is based on three operational approaches: defensive, offensive, and offensive-defensive. Also, influence has various operational environments and fields, including political-security-military, cultural, social, and economic, which are always appropriate to the operational environment and field. The format of techniques and operational tools has been alternately applied by one actor to another.
