Abstract

"The establishment and maintenance of security depends on understanding specific epistemological and executive principles. Any deficiency or misunderstanding of these principles leads to instability and the erosion of societal security. Various scholars have attempted to define and achieve security through different theories; however, the limitations of human understanding and the lack of comprehensive perception of this concept doubly emphasize the necessity and importance of research.

The present article, organized through a descriptive-analytical method, aims to enumerate the foundations and principles of establishing security from Al-Sahifa al-Sajjadiyya. The research findings include:

a) Individuals' awareness of their rights and responsibilities

b) Establishing healthy relationships based on mutual respect

c) Social justice which enhances the sense of security and prevents deviant behaviors

d) Development and strengthening of spirituality that contributes to both inner and social security.

Thus, the epistemological foundations and executive principles serve as a constitutional framework, proposed in the form of five general principles:

Tawheed (monotheism), Wilayah (guardianship) and leadership as the epistemological foundations and theoretical principles that must be accepted and taught to others to achieve true security in society.

Utilizing faithful and competent individuals

Strengthening and cultural development

Maintaining dignity in foreign relations

These three principles have been identified and presented as the basis for establishing true and sustainable security. It should be noted that each principle serves as a prerequisite for the subsequent one."
