Abstract

Governance in the era of cyber space has become one of the main challenges of countries. Focused on the concern of saving the Iranian-Islamic culture in the face of foreign cultural invasion, emphasizing the assumption that the main damage of governance in different parts of the society is affected by the culture that dominates the minds of officials and people, this research seeks answers to two the basic question is, first of all, why is the governance and protection of the society's mind necessary in the age of cyberspace? Secondly, how will the possibility of governance along with the protection of the society's mind be realized in the era of cyber space?
The general research strategy is qualitative-descriptive and the data collection method is library. Considering the importance of protecting the society's mind in the virtual space, the theoretical literature of the research is limited to analyzing and explaining the basic components related to the developments in the cyber space, including the observation of technological developments in the field of digital communication, the formation of the post-truth era and the emergence of phenomena. with the title of social unrest, as well as epistemological developments and the attitude of postmodernism in relation to the concept of unbounded and bounded rationality; Through this basic insight, an opportunity for more serious reflection and attention of strategic rulers and politicians in designing policies and interventions that lead to better results for governing individuals and members of the society as a whole will be created.
