Abstract
objection to the central government can occur in various forms and levels and for various purposes . it is possible that the central government should reach the level of armed conflict , where the foreign governments would take positions . the foreign government may ask the government to ask the rebels to intervene in the internal armed conflict . this is the main subject of today 's international law , where the realm of military operations is in such cases . in recent years ( 2014 - 2016 ) , conflicts in western asia - syria , iraq , yemen and bahrain - led to military intervention by states such as allies , russia , saudi arabia and the islamic republic of iran . according to the existing documents and statutory documents , it seems that in armed conflicts , based on the consent of the central government , the primary principle of prescription was prescription and intervention based on satisfaction is the primary principle of prescription . these principles will differ on the liberation movements and in connection with the international violations . also , the central government identification component or insurgent group has an effective role in determining the legitimacy of foreign military intervention in such situations . the study of modern legal systems , such as humanitarian intervention and supporting responsibility , is also necessary in the case of satisfaction - based intervention in the university of minnesota .
