iran oil contracts ( ipc ) in the framework of resistive economy framework

the new generation of upstream contracts , which is considered as " " iranian oil contracts " " , is designed and located on the agenda of the ministry of petroleum . in this paper , the adaptation of contract structure and transferable projects in the form are analyzed and compared with resistive economy index and compared with the transaction contracts . accordingly , " " iranian oil contracts " " in the supply chain of foreign financial resources , production of conservation , knowledge transfer and the maximum use of domestic capacity compared to the transaction contracts have relative improvement but regarding to completion of the value chain completion , the ability of the national oil company and the sanctions have been weakened . these contracts are in terms of financing external financial resources and production and preservation of the value chain and the ability of national oil company to adapt to resistive economy indices . finally , some suggestions are presented to improve the performance of iranian oil contracts .
