according to article ( 1 ) the state budget of the state budget is financed by a fiscal year and contains foresight and other sources of financing and estimating the costs for conducting operations that lead to policies and objectives of the whole country , so that the progress and progress of society and public administration depends on how the public institutions and institutions are formed based on approved priorities . this importance is in threatening and threatening situations . so the main question is : " how is the budget of the whole country to be adjusted in the conditions of the economic war that aimed to weaken and pressure the country 's economy ? in this paper , from the legal point of view , the question of budgeting of budgeting in iran is based on the requirements of budgeting . in particular , there are a number of deficiencies and total damage that makes monitoring and monitoring of budget and on the other hand there are some requirements that are justified in economic defence of budget and adherence to resistive economy policies . in this paper , the author is based on analytical examination of rules and pathology of current budgeting legal system and explaining the shortcomings of this strategy in the economic war .
