Ethnic policy, in countries with multiple ethnicities, has always been a concern of society and government. The nature of these policies and their appropriate model, and in particular the components of this policy, are very important. There are various models for this policy, from "assimilation" which is a model for eliminating ethnic differences to "equal" and "unequal" pluralist models. Meanwhile, for the Iranian society, in which various ethnic groups have lived for centuries and formed a nation called Iran, ethnic policy can be based on the model of "unity in plurality" that is more compatible with the nature of the nation and its government and closer to society and government. Is. In the Islamic Republic of Iran, upstream documents have more or less addressed the issue of ethnicities and its leaders have always paid attention to the rights of ethnic groups and their participation in affairs, and considering these two, the present article seeks to answer the question that components of ethnic policy model in What is the Islamic Republic? In addition, by analyzing the statements of the leadership and upstream documents, seeks to extract these components and considers them as these five cases: 1. Religiosity; 2. National unity; 3. Coexistence of relatives; 4. Existence of diversity as an opportunity; And 5. The rule of law, the main purpose of which is to create a conceptual system for achieving a policy based on the "participation" of ethnic groups in all aspects of the country.

The purpose of this article is to explain the principles and goals of Iran's power balance policy in the Persian Gulf security network. The main question asks: What are the principles and goals of Iran's power balance policy in the security network of the Persian Gulf? The findings of the article show: Iran is trying to reduce concerns and resolve conflicts, along with the implementation of an interest-oriented policy and emphasis on building trust in the process of regional cooperation with the Persian Gulf countries. To prevent intra-regional tensions. Finally, when mutual trust is formed between members, mechanisms can be used to sign bilateral or multilateral agreements related to the security of the region. In the framework of this strategy, the Islamic Republic of Iran is trying to make the countries of the Persian Gulf region believe that;that, firstly, they do not face any security threat from Iran, and secondly, they believe that any kind of danger to the security of Iran is a danger and threat to the entire security of the countries in the region. Based on this, Iran relates the insecurity in the region to the existence of foreign forces. and considers the expansion of economic cooperation as a basis for the formation of regional cooperation and interactions. The method of writing a descriptive article is analytical.

The transmission of social values and norms occurs during a process called "socialization". Although socialization has a different process in its different stages, it is permanent. The most important function of socialization is the rule of values over the social actions of society members. The values of any society are maintained and promoted through the process of socialization. Institutions in charge of socialization include a range of family, school, university, media, etc., each of which performs its own special task in socialization. With regard to the successful experience of socializing the values of the Islamic Revolution in Islamic Iran, as well as the emergence of some challenges in recent decades in order to harm this process, caused by some misunderstandings, the propaganda attack of enemies, malfunctions and malfunctions, the continuation of which can lead to instabilities become social and political; In this article, focusing on the role and function of socialization, an attempt has been made to answer the main question: "How can the model of socialization of the values of the Islamic Revolution be explained in promoting social and political stability?" To be answered with a descriptive-analytical method. According to the proposed model, in order to measure political socialization (here Islamic values), it is necessary to have at least three levels of norms, structures and social behaviors in the direction of five operational goals of maintaining and maintaining the model, reaching the goal, adaptation or harmony, integration and political assignment; be surveyed.

The main purpose of this article is to investigate the effective factors in the riots in 1401. What factors have played a central role in the recent disturbances? The hypothesis of the research claims that cultural factors played a decisive role in the riots of 1401. To prove this claim, the theory of postmodernism and its components have been used to analyze the unrest in the country. Therefore, by using the qualitative method based on the library approach and gathering materials through the collection of books and articles, as well as following the domestic and foreign media and the contents published in the virtual space, efforts were made to analyze and explain these factors. The findings are in line with the confirmation of the claim raised in the research hypothesis. The results show that the role of cultural factors, especially the media and virtual space, had the most central role in affecting the country's several months of unrest.

Ever since the Internet was created and especially social networks spread, one of the important issues of national security is the monitoring of these networks. Because these networks actually host a vast and growing repository of personal data, that All of which are digital. The fact is that we are witnessing a paradox in the field of social networks, on the one hand, the need for people to have access to free information, on the other hand, the inherent commitment of states to protect the privacy of information and the public interest and national security. This paradox has received a lot of attention in Iran since the introduction of the "Cyberspace Users Rights Protection and Regulation of Key Online Services" bill. So that, some criticize the bill and consider monitoring the Internet and social networks as a violation of human rights rules and impossible. On the other hand, others consider monitoring the Internet and virtual networks as a necessity. Now the question that arises in this article is that according to international rules, can states legislate to monitor the Internet and social networks? In answer to this question, the present article, which has been written with a descriptive-analytical approach and using library resources and valid international documents and judicial procedures, is based on the assumption that, the principles, rules and practice of states, fully emphasize the right of states and the Islamic Republic of Iran in the field of legislation to monitor the Internet and social networks

In this article, an attempt has been made to empirically examine the effect of institutional quality on the occurrence of civil armed conflicts in countries with oil revenues. For this purpose, the effect of good governance and its main components (as indicators of institutional quality measurement) along with the abundance of oil resources on the occurrence of civil armed conflict in 68 oil exporting countries during the period of 1995-2019 has been investigated. T Empirical results using the logit model show that during the period under review, the abundance of oil resources has a positive and significant effect and good governance indicators have a negative and significant effect on civil armed conflict. Meanwhile, in the presence of good governance indicators, the positive effect of abundance of oil resources on civil armed conflict is reduced. In addition, among the components that make up the good governance index, the transparency and political stability component compared to its other components has the greatest effect in reducing the occurrence of civil armed conflict, and as well as reducing the positive effect of the abundance of oil resources on civil armed conflict in the studied countries. Based on the experimental results obtained, the most important policy recommendation of this article is to provide the necessary platforms to fulfill the requirements of good governance in oil exporting countries in order to reduce the occurrence of civil conflicts and the political curse of natural resources.
